Showoff Cosmetics appreciates every customer and wants to provide you with as much information as possible in advance so that you have a dazzling shopping experience with us!

 

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final.
 

Changes and Cancellations

We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please review your order details very carefully to make sure they are correct prior to submitting the order.

Processing Time and Shipping

Our processing time is 3-5 business days before shipping. After your order has shipped, you will be provided via email with a tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost of stolen items. Once orders have left Showoff Cosmetics, the package is in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier and follow their guidance. You will need to submit a claim directly with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will not take responsibility for re-shipping fees. If you are requesting to have your order reshipped, you must purchase a reship fee.
If the package is marked as “Return to Sender” and you do not wish to have it reshipped, we will issue a store credit in the full amount of the order minus original shipping fees.

Damaged Items

All orders shipped by Showoff Cosmetics are packed and secured for possible rough handling, especially our pressed eyeshadows. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit, and you are encouraged to raise this issue with the shipping carrier.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours to report any damage. If you receive a damaged item, take a clear picture of the item along with the original packing slip and email to support@showoffbyaslee.com explaining what is wrong with the item. Please allow us 48 hours to review.  We will follow up with you to provide instructions on our process for getting your items replaced. In order to maintain quality control, we do not accept returns for any reason other than for items that arrived damaged.  Please accept our apologies in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause.  

It is important that you report damages within 48 hours of receiving your package. After 48 hours, we reserve the right to reject any claims of damages. Your packing slip is your proof of purchase and must be presented for all claims.

Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours to report missing items.  Please take a photo of the items received along with your packing slip to support@showoffbyaslee.com and tell us what item is missing. If the packing slip is not available, we will only issue a store credit for the missing item(s) in the amount the item was purchased for. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Other Issues

If there are any issues with your order, please email us at support@showoffbyaslee.com within 48 hours and let us know. No exceptions.
